The dealer doesn't know what packages does the car have (Not a BMW dealer) But from the pictures I can see the navigation, EDC, M button, heated seats button, it looks like there is no headlight washers so it's not cold weather package; so I think it has premium package + heated seats + EDC + 19 wheels.
