And now we're in march 2012
That's still over 1 year
They have stated that the parts hold up is due to having one manufacturer that makes these parts in the entire US
Without this part, they can't get you a replacement wheel
What's hard to understand about that?

ok if things are not in stock! I don't think its too hard to communicate to the customer . correct?! or am I wrong? or there is not customers service involved.
noted on the warranty part I can't find my records on emails since I changed one.
