This is what I got from the video. A kid was eating crispy noodle snacks on the train, and made a mess. Someone told them not to eat on the train; I assume it's against the rules. Kid and mom are mainland chinese. Eventually an argument broke out and became a mainland chinese vs. hong kong situation. Someone notified the train staff and he came and asked everyone to get off at the next stop to sort it out. At that point, lady in yellow shirt snapped and started yelling, saying things like "when we get off the train, I'm going to argue with your even more!"

Notice that the reporting and captioning in the video do not refer to the mandarin speakers as Chinese ("people of Middle Country"), rather "people of Strong (Forceful) Country".

Anyway, that's my understanding of the video.
