You do realize that air is 78% Nitrogen to begin with, right? It contains 21% Oxygen and 1% trace gases of which most is Argon.
Also, since the molecular weights of Nitrogen and Oxygen are very similar, filling a tire with air is only 2.5% denser than filling a tire with pure Nitrogen.
