S4 at the least, so you get rev matched down shifts. Nothing in D mode. Forget about that mode ASAP.

BMW, Porsche or similar car club's first car control clinics, and then high performance driving schools. This is serious, if you're serious about your question. It can't be learn by a short answer, or from a book. You need to be in a safe environment with good instructors and you need A LOT of seat time (and money).
