The F80 M3 is going to be a sedan, and no one knows for sure when it will arrive. While it is likely to make its debut sometime in 2013, it may not hit the market in the US until early 2014. And if you want a coupe you'll be waiting for even longer. The F82 M4 won't debut for an estimated three years or more.
Lease an E92 M3 next year, and then turn it in for a new F82 M4 when it arrives on the market.
