If he's not having some messed up emergency, then yeah, it is messed up. Especially because he almost had it happen to him. But like I said, he was pretty responsive to my pms and posts early on. He told me he was going to ship it out priority on 8/16. If he all of a sudden got a serious illness or a bad accident, then it's understandable why he wouldn't be responding.
