A good body shop will charge around $1,000 to paint and install a bumper. You can probably get it done for less, but NOT for $100. LOL. Even if someone
would paint and install my bumper for $100, I wouldn't do it.
I don't think $1,100 is out of the question, but you might want to shop it out becuase you can probably get it done for around $700-$800 bucks.
