I had the same dilemma but I went with new, it was only about 8k more for a 2011. There is something about sitting behind the wheel of a new m3 knowing your the first one that's gonna rip into it. The only advice I would give you is watch out for the 1200 mile break in, it is brutal not being able to rinse your car on an empty road. Good luck brotha!
