At first I was hesitant as BaanVelgen was still a relatively new vendor on the scene without many reviews I could refer to... But their KW pricing was superbly competitive and I told myself I had to at least inquire about it..
A few PMs were exchanged with Hendrik@BaanVelgen and I was pretty much sold
I was instantly impressed with Hendrik's attention paid to customer service; Prompt responses.. Helpful to my questions.. Assertive answers.. No bullcrap in trying to lead customers to place an order..
I am about to leave town for 2 weeks so an order was a no-go if I could not be guaranteed shipment prior to my departure. Hendrik worked out the logistics with KW and FedEX and guaranteed my delivery.
