You can definitely do it yourself if you figure out the programme (which is A LOT of money) and how to do the codes (time consuming).

To me it seems you have probably blasted their inbox 100 times and yes it might be wrong on their part to keep you waiting when they are checking the inbox but don't act like a kid and you will get what you want (oxymoron?).

I spent $340, and it's a week later and I still don't have a response when my car is going to be coded. There is something called customer service, and they don't have it. I would like to see what you would do if you were in my situation, when the vendor is unresponsive.
