Not to mention being treated as an inconvenience because I'm more educated on numbers this time around thanks to this forum and I'm not willing to walk in and pay retail. Can anyone answer:

In a lease is the $925 inception fee (plus doc, license, etc) mandatory and separate from the $895 delivery fee? These fees all add to $1298.

In a lease is the lowest money factor .00185 instead of .00130? The SA says .00130 is US only and says security deposits don't happen anymore, although I didn't want to pay any.

In a European delivery lease, is the residual calculated as a percent of US invoice instead if ED invoice even though you aren't paying US invoice?

Are all EDs coming out of dealer allotments for sure now?

Is $1500-2500 above ED invoice now standard on an ED? Are the days of $500-1000 above invoice gone?

He also said the 60-day postponement of the first payment is purchase only, so on an ED lease, you pay the first payment at signing, BMW pays the second payment, and the third I pay at 60 days post-signing.

I'm trying to work a deal locally, but I just don't trust the SA to be transparent and honest.
Thanks to anyone that can help!
Hi Benha!

I can help with the pricing. Send me an email to bmwdavid@icloud.com or give me a call anytime, 202-262-2900. I have an allocation left with the best pricing and yes you can use MSD on euro delivery if you want.

Regards,

David "M" Aviles
