I use the slyde magnetic mount from Infiniapps and love it. You put it in the DVD/CD slot, turn a screw for it to secure itself within. Place a metal plate on your phone or case and then the magnet on the head of the mount holds the phone in place. easily removed or whatever. Not too in the way I think.
