It's all about shrinking the median gap, and the thinking that everyone should have equal access to everything, without regard to who is paying for it.

I'd be sitting there all day watching them if I were you, especially if there was a big hail storm recently. A year and a half ago I got my roof replaced after a big hail storm and I can PROMISE you that crews come out of the woodwork, and not all of them are truly qualified to be replacing a roof (at least not to U.S. standards) when the demand shoots through the roof (sorry..).
We had MAJOR issues that we dealt with for months. I was very close to filing a lawsuit with the roofer by the end of it.
