If you have power seats you can do what I did and had good results with.

1. Set your seating position where you want it.

2. Assign that to a memory button.

3. Slide your seat back a few inches.

4. Pull your belt snug.

5. Yank the belt hard and fast to get the belt to lock. Hold that.

6. Press your memory button previously assigned.

Doing this will keep you pretty tight into your seat. It's not race seat and harness tight, but if you aren't ready to go there it's a good low cost (ie free) option.

Another low cost option would be a CG Lock (http://www.cg-lock.com/). I've never tried it, but a few guys at the track suggested it.
