Jim this is simply not acceptable and I’m appalled at Nitto’s response.

The tire spliced after just one track day – that is a warranty issue, clear as day.

Regardless of which tire I go to – Nitto needs to do the right thing.

If you say this is outside of your control, then please send me the Nitto contact information. I will follow up with them directly.

They are not going to do anything about it, I had a long battle with all of the parties involved. I say you go to a different tire per our discussion. I am really not happy with the as we sell a ton of these tires and I am seriously concerned about my customers as this is a track tire.
