^^ I abbreviated the Cold Weather package as CW. Since i'm in NJ, they do credit you a tax break on trade-ins. Currently I have an 05 M3 with 43k on the clock. So a dealer credit would only be about 20k vs. getting 25-28k selling it on my own. So it would be wise to sell it privately depending on what the dealer gave me. I'm lucky enough to have a corporate car through June, hopefully longer (fingers crossed) so that would help a ton with not having a car for 2 months. Sales tax in NJ is 7% so $4,200.
