If you really meant an E36 320 sedan with M engine and bodykit, then no I don't think they made such car. They never sold the 320 here. Plus, the 320 had a 4-banger whereas all E36 M engines were 6-cylinder. They did sell a 325is M-tech in 94, which was a limited edition and had M bodykit. But it was a coupe and wasn't M-powered.
But I agree, E36 is cool.
