It'll not flush but that's one of the option Tirerack sells.
The best combo is 19x8.5 +20 F, 19x10 +20 R for E9X M3 (but tirerack doesn't carry that combo).

Tirerack carries 19x8.5 +35 F, 19x9.5 +40 R (and) 19x10 +20 R only.

I had CH on my E46M3 (you can check out wheel pictures from my sig) so I can tell you this:
CH is all about the aggressive offset and +20 or +22 are "only" offsets that makes true "CH" look.

If you look at CHs in Audi, they never look right (always look very flat) and that's because their offset is like +35 or +40.
