No, not again, Revinora

This is not my first time being a customer of Revinora.

Last time I waited about 2 months and got the wrong lip (normal R-CRT verson instead of the street verson). But thats not a big deal for me.

This time I am really disappointed. I ordered a replace one for my damaged lip on March 11th and sent an email emphasizing that my order is the street verson of R-CRT. That email was ignored by them completly until I sent another email asking them when my order will be shipped out.

They replied me on April 10th, saying that it will be shipped out by the end of that week but I still didnt receive anything. SO I decided to phone them two weeks ago. They picked up and said that they will look into that and call me back, GUESS WHAT? They did not call me back and keep ignoring my calls since then.

I really dont know what else to do, can someone give me any advice?
