It depends on the dealer. I warped my front rotors at the Nurburgring and told the dealer about it, they changed the rotors/pads free of charge. Its also funny you said you spent most of the time following a 335 because part of my argument with the dealer was the brakes never warped on my 335i and I drove that thing harder and more laps than I did the M3. I'm looking for new pads or BBK. The brakes suck as they stand right now.
