So...there is actually something as "too fat" and it has serious implications for your health. And it should bother you. The thing I find the most curious is when you have obese people that talk about the weight reduction of their cars with certain mods. Think about losing that extra 30lbs off your own body. Your "car" will be 30lbs lighter and you will have health benefits as a bonus !!
