Yeah. That's what I was leaning towards as well. It seems like it would be a smarter decision.

if you are really going to have the top down most of the time, then def the e46. plus its more affordable and its your dream car.
the only thing that would really affect my decision tho is the amount of money it would cost to maintain a used e46 vs a used e92. maybe mpg...
