I appreciate the info. To me it seems as though I should have a conversation with my SA before I do start tracking the car to make it clear what my intentions are. That way there won't be any surprises for he/she or me. If they don't seem keen on working on my car in the event something happens, perhaps finding a different dealer may be in order.
