Did You do entire hood ?
No i chose not to do the hood because i prefer to polish that area...yes u can polish over the film, but i just prefer not to...because what if one day i decide to take the film off?....then the hood wouldnt match with the rest of the car...cuz all of it woulkd be polished but not the hood..u know what i mean? i fear the posibility of uneveness of paint oxidation and such over time...it will probably be marginal but its just a psychological thing for me

i plan to just use touch up paint on any rock chips there...anyhow your bumper will take the most impact on the freeways from CA dumptrucks...so i can live with the few here and there on my hood...

I have another white car that has no bra on it and man the bumper looks dam disgusting...grit and grime landed in the areas where rock chips are and now it looks gray comparaed to the rest of the car..so i only did bumper
