for the rear they want 9 clicks from full stiff on the top for compression...
and one full revolution.. or 4 turns from full stiff of rebound/bump on the bottom of the shock...
i haven't had a chance to try this setup out yet tho as im in the middle of installing them... but with so much adjustment. im sure the sweet spot can be found...
