You just need a Radar Detector. 99% of the cops there are using KA band. At the same time, I would just follow a fast driver and make sure to follow the speed limit when you enter any city/town. It is a different story in Vancouver. They were doing construction on highway 1 there but absolutely no one cares about the speed limit (80KM/hrs), everyone drives around 110 - 120 and no cops are around! It was totally different from AB that we usually go 10km over the speed limit.
