Complaining about the stock brakes (with small rotors and standard duty calipers) is not fair.
Anyone could replicate what you did.
Just drive the car as hard as you possible can (lap after lap)...until it falls apart due to the severe stress and intense heat.
I don't really understand why you are trying to make BMW the bad guy here.
