Then don't buy drag radials as a substiute for PS2's. That's a really bad move. The wet weather traction and treadwear will rule this out as a seriuos repalcement tire anyway. Drag radials should not be used on the street. Period.
If you are that unhappy with PS2's then I suggest you try a wider tire size with a larger section width, or switch to Vredestein Sesantas or Goodyear F1 Asymmetrics.

contact patch problem than anything else...
What are the exact tires sizes that you're using now?
