Hey Sean,
A 275/35/18 for the front no issues with either size and offset. For the rear with a ET25 I wouldn't go above a 295/35/18, however tire choice is limited in this size. I think to fit a 305 comfortably out there you will probably need a ET31 or 33 with the 11" wide wheel. With a 10.5" wide wheel wouldn't go beyond a 295 tire.
Bridgestone makes this tire with the RE760, also one of the lightest of this size.
