The Advan F7 are brand new wheels from advan. Design is the same as the Advan T7 which were out for years. Yet from what I know it's the first and only forged wheels from Advan. (the F stands for FORGED)
BTW the Advan F7 are made by Rays Engineering, same guys who made Volk.
