Here's the deal:
Lennar owns the property. CBRE (CB Richard Ellis) manages it on their behalf. The track in use encompasses a portion of the old runway. It is leased to AMCI. They (AMCI) allow, or solicit, different groups, such as the SCCA to use the track space on occasion.

yep - but I heard thier plans are now on hold due to the housing market and economy.
