Keep in mind the Stasis tune is a mild tune, there are much more aggressive tunes available for the S4 (Revo, APR, GIAC). But what the majority of you are saying is still true.
FWIW, the Stasis package really isn't that great. It's good for those who want to buy the car modded through a dealer then not worry about investing any more into it down the road. You could build a much more equipped car by modding it yourself and still spend less than $11k, but some people don't like to go through the trouble.
