My bet is you will be much happier with ride quality by moving to the Hankooks. I was very happy with the ride with mine (19") and when I put my Michelin PA3s on for winter (and they are 18") I noticed a big drop in ride quality. Not that it's bad, just harsher and that is going from 19" to 18".
If it were me, I would stay with stock 19" size and the Hankook's and I bet you will be happy.
