If any have run it successfully, please chime in with what you ran, what your wheel specs were, if you had to use camber changes or make any mods to fit, and whether you ever have rubbing.

Smmmurf, if I were you, I would go back to the 18's. You know they fit, the ride worked well for you, and they are the 'right' size.

For those interested in the exact diameters involved:

225/40R19: 26" (E46 size)
245/35R19: 25.7"
245/40R19: 26.7"

Rear E90 Sizes
265/35R19: 26.3"
275?35R19: 26.5"

Note that both of the likely rear sizes are slightly shorter than the 245/40R19. The 275 would probably look close enough that it would look like about the same height.
Yup, it's either going back to 18's or going 245 or 255 front 275 rear 35 profile Hankook Ventus V12 which I got from you guys for my father's SL500 (which made the car ride MUCH better than the Michelin PS A/S that were on there before).

Thanks for the input, I would really like to know if someone has run a taller tire.
