I can't say whether the tire will fit or not. But I can tell you that increasing the sidewall by 5% will probably not increase ride quality by a noticeable amount. Also ride quality depends on the tire, not all tires have the same strength sidewalls, some are stiffer whereas others have less rigid sidewalls. So if you want any benefit from a 5% taller sidewall you probably want to stay with the same tire you are running now. Otherwise you may get a tire with a stiffer sidewall than what you're running now and that 5% would make no difference.
