waxing question
Hey just wondering if any of you add "additional" layers of wax after washing your car a week or two after detailing it...
For instance, if you did a full detail (clay, polish, wax) and then a couple weeks later wanted to put on an additional layer of wax for protection, how would you go about doing this? Could you just do a thorough wash, then maybe a quick detailer wipedown and wax? What's the safest bet? Or is better to just wait till the wax truly deteriorates and then do a touchup polish and full wax again?
In my case the car is never parked outside, and doesnt get too much in the ways of surface contamination other than regular dust and road grime...
