I use autoglym glass cleaner. Also good for bugs & actually gets rid of tar/rubber from the track very easily. Just spray & wipe with microfiber. If it doesn't come off or its a bigger chunk, spray & let soak for 30 sec then it comes off.

Doesn't always get the rubber completely off if its a very large amount & been sitting a while, but if you're quick about it it should work.
