Wanted to say some much deserved kind words about Ryan Amico and my experience with the Steve Thomas dealership overall. I'm located in the Midwest, and as a follower of this forum, knew enough to give Ryan a shot at quoting me on the 2011 M3 Coupe I was planning to lease in early September. With a PCD pick-up, dealer location was irrelevant, so it came down to price and service.

Ryan and Steve Thomas exceeded expectations in every way. Got my first quote from Ryan back in March, placed the order in June, and took delivery the first week of September. Every part of the process was handled professionally, and Ryan's responses (even 2 timezones away) were oftentimes immediate. Price was so good that the dealership/CA I'd gotten my last 4 BMWs from didn't even bother try and provide a competing quote.

Just ordered my wife a 2012 X3 through Ryan, and see no need to ever go elsewhere so long as Ryan and Steve Thomas maintain their high customer service standards.
