Depends on your situation.

If you are putting it in the garage and won't ever open the doors or go in there for really any reason, a good coat of wax is probably all you need on the car. Get it nice and detailed before you garage it, then leave it alone.

If you're in and out of the garage, you'll probably want a cover for dust/wind/people brushing it, etc. But then again, the cover WILL leave small scratches on the car. I don't care what other people are saying, I guarantee I can find some evidence on their cars once the cover is removed. 100% guarantee. Depends on how anal you want to be though about miniscule little scratches barely visible
