With a new set of R compound tires at their disposal, Berk decided to step into the Limited RWD class to see just what they could do with proper rubber on the car. In typical Berk Technology fashion, the GIAC Stage 2 135i laid down another class record with a time of 1:52:487, beating the second place contender by over 2 seconds.
Berk Technology has now been running GIAC software for four seasons, on the original OEM motor. With reports of consistent performance in both cold and warm weather, Berk was able to remain undefeated in the 2011 season. Further, with no re-calibration since the original tune, GIAC was able to deliver reliable performance right from the initial software upgrade!
