These are going on my new Corsa when it comes in, but would work on a Megan too if you got a muffler shop to handle a basic weld. These tips cost decent money though. I'd check out Cyba over on e90post, they sell quite a few options and some of them are the dual-outlet type (I know you're looking for just a outer tip replacement, so these would be a little different)
