My 2 cents...
1. you say you are not experienced. So do not go with R-comps until you have learned to manage you car with less sticky tires. The R-comps will disguise your errors, and the crash you have will be at higher speeds.
2. Get Michelin PSS. Very good in the wet and dry, long wearing, and quiet. I used to run with Bridgestone RE-11 - last weekend I used PSS at Sebring and took 2 seconds off my RE-11 times. And the tires show hardly any wear - the RE-11's would be well feathered by now.
3. When your skills have improved and you feel the need to have stickier tires choose the Hankook RS3 over the NT01. The same levels of grip, but the hankooks last nearly twice as long as the NT01. My son has just compared them back to back, and is running RS3's now
