M3 sedan on BMW's site for $74,247 MSRP. European Delivery invoice is $47,400 for the base M3 sedan. That's a typo right, 47,400 invoice? Sounds like a good deal to me either way though, I love my E90
I am no leasing expert though, but I always heard don't put money down as well.
