Time to move on. I will miss my M3 and its amazing power and reliability.
Under 28,000 miles. Bought NEW in Nov 2008, so you have quite a bit of warranty left. All maint, service upto date and done on time by the book. Always garaged and well maintained. E.g. replacing the gearshift knob because the glass on top if it was fading, by the wonderful Austin dealer.
