i suspected that it was the same for others.so the moral of the story here is don't actually figure your gas mileage out,and then you'll feel better.
i don't really worry about it,i knew the car would suck down lots of gas when i got it,but it has been a bit worse than i thought.oh well, must pay to play,this engine is well worth it,it's an amazing piece of engineering.it does make me wonder sometimes when i see something like a 500 hp two ton+ bentley that's almost as fast as an m3 and gets as good or better mileage.
