If it passes smog out of the tailpipe, why would you need to say it's for off road use only?
This is my point... since it can pass the smog test, let's push to make it smog legal.
And dealers would warranty a supercharged car. There's plenty of dealers that partner with tuners and offer them upgraded with a warranty - and not just with BMW's.
