You can pull the camber pins in the front and achieve the camber you will need. "Need" might not be the right word as you may not need the camber with your offset and it depends which tire you choose. I had 275mm AD08's (very wide tire) on et 22 wheels and Eibach springs which required the camber for looks and to eliminate rubbing. I do know that you will absolutely be able to make 275's fit in the front.
