Had on car for about 6 months. Currently have the cutouts welded in place to allow for the electric exhaust cut outs (very cool!), but dont have them- I can purchase and install them if you would like, OR just leave the block off plates bolted in. I would like to get 1500.00 and will install for you. Email me with questions.
