Great write up to both the OP and Badfish. The only thing I would add is that when you're replacing the airbox cover, you need to apply a bit of pressure until you hear audible "clicks" as the cover seats firmly over the box. I think there were about two or three clicks in different areas as I went around.
Also, as one of the other posters noted, the edges of the plastic pieces are quite sharp so you might cut yourself if you aren't careful.
